Configure the company with an HTTPS Odoo URL, database, a least-privilege technical login/API key, company and warehouse IDs. The mobile app is distributed via Google Play Store and never places Odoo credentials in the app itself.

Connector detection

Keep connector mode on auto. Run diagnostics and require successful Odoo 19 detection plus explicit read probes for sites, catalog, stock and orders. Failed detection clears previous mode/version/capabilities and the connector fails closed.

Daily reconciliation

Configure an IANA timezone and local due time. App startup and normal synchronization inspect freshness and automatically drive a complete server-issued, user/company/device-bound cycle.

Odoo add-on

For Odoo.sh/on-premise, the Odoo add-on is deployed using the customer's approved process in their own Odoo environment.
