Mobile Sales User Manual

Mobile Sales is offline-first: cached sites and catalog remain readable without connectivity. Orders are saved to the durable outbox and synchronized when connectivity returns.

Synchronization

Normal synchronization uploads pending operations and refreshes data. When daily reconciliation is due, the app automatically starts a server-issued full-sync cycle and downloads every catalog and site page before atomically replacing the cache generation.

Stale data

If the required reconciliation cannot finish, the previous cache remains readable. New checkout may be blocked while already queued orders remain synchronizable.

Orders and errors

Review the sync queue for pending or rejected orders. record_unavailable means that the Odoo record was archived, deleted, or access was removed.

Connector limits

Standard mode supports only capabilities verified by diagnostics. Add-on mode exposes only capabilities confirmed by the installed add-on and configuration.
